is a urea sensor that directly and simultaneously measures the viscosity, density and dielectric constant of diesel emission fluid (DEF) to determine urea quality, urea concentration or presence of unauthorized fluids in the DEF tank or feed-line to Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems. Relying on patented tuning fork technology, our MEAS multi parameter urea sensor measures urea concentration, identifies urea quality and urea temperature of DEF used in SCR systems. This enables DEF OBD and control logic to determine if the quality and concentration of urea feed to the SCR system is optimized for reducing NOx emissions. The optimized in-line mounted urea quality sensor provides real-time multi-parametric analysis DEF and utilizes high performance algorithms to provide direct feedback to urea feed control systems or ECMs to optimize emission control for NOx reduction.
